Coachella, Hoechella and all the artist, celebrity’s and sets in between

The Atlanta based hip hop trio Migo’s was surely the MVP of cocahella. Although, the group didn’t have a scheduled set,they managed to become the rhythmic pulse during the weekend.They appeared on four  different  stages and ever time  illustrated nothing but energy and excitement.   The most famous displays of the power of the Migos music was the viral video of a little boy dancing to their Number one song Bad and Boujee. The video spreader throughout ever social media platform with various memes and gif being created and shared.  After the Coachella festival ended, Migo’s  Offset stated that he wants to meet the little kid went asked if the group would consider staring him in a future music video.  Hopefully Social Media, and the internet world does what it does best and unites Migos and this child with the viral dance moves together.

Kehlani’s cocahella performance was one of the few that displayed a political message. Kehlani’s wore a bodysuit, that stated Find our girls. The infamous hashtag emerged in the wake of the several African American girls that have been gone missing within the DC area. Kehlani’s outfit had the ability to steer the crowds mindset into another direction and remind society that theses girls still haven't been found. Kehanli utilized the Coachella  platform to shed light on a national epidemic despite the its wavering from an all time Twitter hashtag of 2017. 

The Anti Slut Shaming Queen transforms the music festival into the highest platform for addressing the sexual conversation of today’s society. The hashtag of #hoechella was sprinkled throughout all of her Instagram and twitter post for the weekend. Amber and her crew were dressed in various mesh and sheer top that gave a clear display of  their lovely lady lumps. The Self proclaimed slut was spotted around the Coachella grounds wearing fish net tops when nude pasties. Ms. Rose was seen taking photos with many of the top males within the Hip hop and R&B community. Rose was also sharing and posting photos of other female at the venue who were dressed in similar attire such as reality start @india love who was sporting several body embracing outfits during the weekend.  Upon clicking Ms. Rose infamous #hoecoachella hashtag, I discovered that #hoechella stands as it’s own Twitter account that raises awareness and combats slut shaming, rape cultu...

The first leg of the 2017 performance entailed nothing but epic encounters. The most notable was DJ Snake set. Snake utilized Atlanta Hip Hop heavyweights of Future and rap group Migos that brought a rise out of the Coachchella crowd. However his surprises didn't stop there, when he brought out the most legendary Hip Hop and R&B female icon Ms. Lauryn Hill. Ms. Hill performed her most infamous songs “ Ready or Not”,and  Lost Ones. However, Ms. Lauryn’s most memorable song of the night was her chilling rendition of “Killing me Softy”. The Coachella valley has been blessed by the sultry Hip Hop Queen as she rarely emerges from the shadows. DJ Snake later took to his social media accounts and recalled the moment as a dream come true and one of the most monumental of his career.  I know we all thank Dj Snake for gracing us with a glimpse of Ms.Hill, however the real question is when will we see and hear from the Legend again.......
